The owner, who trained at Takarazuka's Sakura Momiji, a famous shaved ice shop that had the highest sales among famous shops nationwide at a shaved ice event held at Osaka Hankyu Department Store, will shave delicious shaved ice for you.

The recipe is a masterpiece created by a Michelin-starred pastry chef and a Japanese cuisine artisan, just like Sakura Momiji's.

When I first tried it, I thought, "My perception of shaved ice has been completely overturned."

We want you to experience that same excitement in Niigata too! With that in mind, we opened in 2023 for a limited time only in the summer, and this year marks our third year.

This year, it will be only for a short period from July 26th to mid-September, but please come and try our delicious shaved ice that will make even your memories taste better.
