At a shaved ice event held at the Osaka Hankyu Department Store, the owner of this shop, who trained at the renowned shaved ice shop "Sakura Momiji" in Takarazuka, which boasted overwhelming sales among famous shops from all over Japan, will shave delicious shaved ice just for you!

The recipe, like that of "Sakura Momiji," is a masterpiece created by a Michelin-starred pastry chef and a Japanese cuisine craftsman.

When I, Tamura, first tried it, "it completely changed my perception of shaved ice."

We wanted to share that amazing experience with people in Niigata too! With that in mind, we opened our shop for a limited time during the summer in 2023, and this year marks our fourth year.

This year, we'll only be open for a short period from July 19th to mid-September, but please come and enjoy our delicious shaved ice that will even make your memories taste better!
